To enter cheat mode
Start the game with the
-developer command line parameter. To do this go
under the properties of your Max Payne desktop icon
(right click icon, then select "Properties") then
change the entry for the program to "Target:
"C:\Program Files\Max Payne\maxpayne.exe"
-developer" or something similar. Press [F12] during
game play to display the console window, then enter
one of the following codes to activate the
corresponding cheat function.

Enter the options menu and
change the "Shoot Dodge" under controls to [Keypad
1]. Press [Keypad 1] during game play to slow down
the game as long as needed. Repeatedly press [Keypad
1] to slow down more until the game is almost
paused. Press [Keypad 7] to speed up the game again.
Flying
Enable the getbullettime and
jump 10 codes. Turn on bullet time and quickly and
repeatedly press [F12] + [Up] + [Enter]. If done
correctly, you should fly.
